About SambungAPI

SambungAPI lets your team’s bots and AI agents talk with your customers on WhatsApp and do work in tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets.

Who it is for

SambungAPI is for businesses that want bots or AI agents to talk with customers and to do work in business tools. You can connect your WhatsApp Business Account yourself, with Meta’s guided signup. Today, a developer connects your tools and builds your bot on the SambungAPI API. If your team has no developer, tell us what you need on the Contact page.

What SambungAPI does

Channels are where your bots talk to people: WhatsApp today, with Messenger, Instagram, Teams, and Slack coming later. On every channel, SambungAPI talks through an API that the platform permits for businesses, such as Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. It never connects a personal WhatsApp account.

Tools are what your bots can read, write, and act on: the Google suite today, with GitHub, Outlook, OneDrive, Notion, Linear, and Jira coming later, and more arriving as the catalog grows. For example, a bot can send an email, book a meeting, or update a spreadsheet for the person who connected the account.

In the SambungAPI console, your team reads and answers WhatsApp chats, keeps a list of contacts, manages message templates, and sends campaigns to the contacts who agreed to receive them.

Who runs SambungAPI

SambungAPI is built and operated by Metatech ID (PT Trifidia Cipta Korpora), a company in Jakarta, Indonesia. For questions, use the Contact page. The Privacy Policy explains how Metatech ID handles data, and the Terms of Service set the rules for using SambungAPI.

For developers

Start with the Documentation. It lists every guide and says when to read each one. The SambungAPI API shows how to make your first call. Machine-readable descriptions are at /llms.txt, /openapi.json, /v1/specs/control, and /v1/specs/tools.
