# Contact SambungAPI

For product questions, help with the API, feedback, privacy requests, or security reports, email **info@metatech.id**, or use the [Metatech contact form](https://www.metatech.id/contact). Do not send access tokens, OAuth client secrets, API keys, session cookies, or other credentials in email.

**For a business.** Tell us your business name, the WhatsApp number that you want to use, whether that number is in the WhatsApp Business app today, and what your team wants to do. [SambungAPI for businesses](/business) says what works without a developer today.

**For help with the API.** Include the endpoint, the project or organization identifier, the time, and the request ID when you have one.
